We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including, identifying the need for repairs and responding to customers' maintenance requests.
Responsibilities:
* Detect and report the need for maintenance repairs.
* Respond to customers' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide customers with support and guidance on maintaining their homes.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
* A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

* Extremely organized with good communication skills.
* Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
* Valid driver's license
*Able to pass a criminal background check
